She can hardly see

Things the ones we love lose, as dementia slowly, takes over their, live, and we can’t do anything to make it better…

Dementia is a debilitating disease and robs one of its own integrity and become a hollow self of previous self.

I think often the self and personality remain but what is lost is the ability to act and respond appropriately.
