Kudos on your efforts to grow healthy veggies. I think the color of eggplant is really beautiful. Okra is an interesting looking plant, but as a veggie, I’m afraid the only way I truly enjoy it is when it’s deep-fried. Kinda negates the health benefits. 😉

We take our okra stir-fried, steamed or in stewed in curries. Home grown fresh okra taste sweetest just steamed.
