I wonder how many people kept up with the gardening-for-food fad that Covid isolation brought on. For myself, I haven’t been very successful. The bittergourd run is ending but I have a few little things going.

Kudos on your efforts to grow healthy veggies. I think the color of eggplant is really beautiful. Okra is an interesting looking plant, but as a veggie, I’m afraid the only way I truly enjoy it is when it’s deep-fried. Kinda negates the health benefits. 😉

We take our okra stir-fried, steamed or in stewed in curries. Home grown fresh okra taste sweetest just steamed.
